InterMoor are currently looking to add a Trainee Survey Technician to their Aberdeen team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties/Responsibilities
* Prepare equipment according to relevant procedures, including verifying completeness, testing, configuration, packaging, and record keeping.
* Check and maintain the equipment and to set up bench tests of full positioning systems.
* Assist with outbound and inbound logistics of the offshore equipment.
* Co-ordinate and carry out Quayside vessel mobilisations and de-mobilisations of positioning equipment.
* Turn around demobilised equipment for next assignment, i.e., returning equipment in original state, and returning rental kit to Vendor.
* Assist with equipment repairs and cleaning where necessary.
* Service computers between projects.
* Assist with installing equipment on vessels along quayside according to department procedures.
* Assist with removing equipment from vessels along quayside according to department procedures.

Requirements
* HNC/HND in related discipline would be an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of electro technical and electronic components and principles.
* Hands on technical ability: handling basic testing equipment (e.g., multimeter); soldering and cable splicing.
* Basic fault-finding abilities.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Effective/competent MS Office Suite User.
* Good level of communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work flexible hours.
