Seatronics, part of Acteon Group, supplies specialist subsea solutions pursuing excellence both in engineering capability and customer support. Our continually developing expertise allows us to provide full service capability on demand encompassing rental, sales, service and repair, calibration, personnel and asset management.

Seatronics are currently looking to add a Sales Manager to their team based in Singapore - Loyang Crescent on a permanent basis.

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the Sales Team to achieve revenue targets and market growth. This critical role is essential for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the Sales department.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets at or above the agree profit percentage by selling our rentals, cables and connectors, calibration ROV Tooling products and services
  • Maximise the growth potential for Seatronics products and services in the region by visiting clients within the agreed risk profile
  • Identify and develop new customers throughout the Region on behalf of our represented products.
  • Ensure that adequate sales leads are generated to create sufficient qualified opportunities, such that the monthly and annual order and revenue targets are met
  • Provide a monthly commercial report to GM, including sales orders and revenue forecast, details of new leads and prospects that material to the company and information on any market developments or trends that may impact the business
  • Represent Seatronics at key industry and corporate events to develop the brand profile and sales pipeline


Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in a sales environment within the subsea industry or the oil & gas industry
  • Provide effective leadership of the function in accordance with the company's values, goals and objectives
  • Willingness to maintain Continual Professional Development to ensure your own knowledge base enhances Seatronics' capability and that you comply with the company's policies, processes and principles
  • Maintain integrity by being honest and transparent with staff, clients and suppliers in line with business policies
  • Ensure you are deemed fit for the role or assignment being undertaken by undertaking medical examinations/tests and/or vaccinations in line with local legislation
  • Singapore Citizen or PRs in Singapore, or Malaysian are encouraged to apply
