Acteon provides a range of industry-leading products and services to support marine and subsea projects for the renewable, nearshore construction and oil and gas sectors across all phases of the lifecycle. We develop and engineer solutions and integrated services using data and knowledge-based insight across our customers' dynamic floating and fixed physical infrastructure.

Acteon is currently looking for a Rewards Analyst to join us on a fixed term basis on a 6 month contract.

Acteon is committed to ensuring an effective, consistent and fair approach towards reward management which complements the group wide vision and values and supports the achievement of the strategic business objectives.

Ideally based in Aberdeen or London (with home working an option) but with occasional travel, the Rewards Analyst will provide support and assistance to the Global Rewards Specialist, to ensure the effective application, integrity and management of the Acteon Group rewards systems and processes.

We are open candidates who are looking to work either full time, or part time.


  • Provide job grading and compensation recommendations
  • Carry out general data analysis as part of reward projects and as and when requested
  • Collation and input of salary survey data
  • Supporting with the collation of data as part of the benefit renewals process
  • Timely and accurate completion of project administration, ensuring follow-up of 'side' actions/queries which are identified as a result of the wider scope of rewards initiatives
  • Coordination of training sessions, including but not limited to diarising the events/sessions, chasing and collating feedback etc.
  • General and adhoc assistance to the Global Rewards Specialist as required


  • Good Microsoft Office suite skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience within an HR function
  • Working knowledge of rewards & employee benefits an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with data manipulation and analysis
  • Willingness to work in an environment where best practice process implementation is ongoing
