InterMoor, part of Acteon group, is a leading supplier of mooring technology providing innovative solutions for rig moves, mooring services and marine projects including engineering and design, fabrication, subsea installation and survey and positioning.

InterMoor Pte Ltd are currently looking to hire an ambitious & dynamic Graduate Sales and Proposals Executive to the team. The successful candidate will promote InterMoor with an aim to generating profitable new business for the company. This is a full time role based in Loyang in Singapore.

The selected candidate will act as a customer champion and deal with inbound customer enquiries while proactively developing customer relationships. You will also manage 3rd party suppliers and vendors, manage the sales tracker & support on proposals.


  • Increase revenue through equipment rentals and sales
  • Development of potential and existing client relationships by providing support, information and guidance on InterMoor products and services
  • Own the creation and submission of quotes to client in a timely manner
  • Propose appropriate pricing, based on market and competitor insight, to Proposal Manager
  • Respond to Market Survey enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Proactively follow-up on quote submissions to ensure InterMoor are well positioned and can respond to customer needs
  • Source 3rd Party equipment when necessary to meet customer requirements
  • Develop an appropriate network of influential industry contacts
  • Liaise with engineering team and operations team to check suitability of client requests and ensure availability of equipment
  • Represent InterMoor at trade exhibitions and events as required
  • Responsible for Upkeep of Tender Tracking Register
  • Generate MOM for tender discussions with clients and internal meetings
  • Administer the Gate Assessment Forms
  • Identify and administer Proposal Template (Technical/Commercial/Budgetary) for each submission
  • Coordinate and Prepare tender submission documents for proposals
  • Generate Cost Sheet and review with relevant parties
  • Compile relevant input for each tender submission and ensure meets client/ITB requirements


  • Strong IT skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of mooring equipment
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Commercial acumen to advise on commercial quotes and tenders
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management
  • Organized and diligent with good attention to details to ensure high quality, professional submissions to customers
  • Proactive approach to dealing with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
